3. You Start Your Membership
If there is a fit, you start the 90-Day Talent Access Membership ($10,000) with a secure card payment.
4. The Search Begins
At the intake call we write your scorecard together and your 90 days start. Then we source and vet against it.

No. The calibration call is free. Your membership begins only if you decide to start it.
$10,000 for a 90-day membership covering one confirmed technical role. Your 90 days start on the day of your intake call. If you hire someone we introduced within 12 months, a one-time fee of 20% of their first-year pay applies.
No. We start sourcing and vetting when the membership begins, against the scorecard you approve. We do not keep a bench of ready-to-hire engineers.
No. We commit to a disciplined search, weekly updates and rigorous vetting. We do not guarantee a hire, a match or an engagement within 90 days.
