Our Story
Why BragDev Exists
BragDev started in Austin, Texas, because technical hiring too often rests on keyword matches and resumes nobody has checked. We built a search where experienced engineers interview every professional, every claim is labelled verified or self-reported, and a final review approves every profile we present.
Engineers Evaluate Engineers
A keyword screen can tell you that a resume mentions a technology. It cannot tell you whether someone can design a system, debug a production issue or explain a trade-off. An experienced engineer can, so every interview is run by one and scored against a written rubric.
We Start Small and Evidence-Led
We work on confirmed, paid client roles and grow the network one vetted professional at a time. We would rather run a few searches well than claim a bench we do not have.
Honest Claims
We describe only what we have checked. Self-reported stays self-reported until it is verified.
Documented Evaluation
Every decision is recorded with its reason. We make no guaranteed-hire promises, and we tell you when a search is hard.
