How the Membership Starts
From payment to the professionals you choose to interview.
1. Pay Securely
Pay by card through our secure checkout. Your client portal opens right away.
2. Intake Call and Scorecard
We cover the work, stack, seniority and constraints, and write a scorecard you approve. Your 90 days start that day.
3. Sourcing and Vetting
We search against your scorecard and vet every professional before you see them, with a written update every week.
4. You Decide
You get an evidence profile for each professional we present, choose whom to interview, and hire them directly.
Good to Know
When do my 90 days start?
On the day of your intake call. If the call has not happened within 30 days of your payment, your term starts on that 30th day. Your client portal always shows your current dates.
Do you guarantee a hire?
No. The membership pays for a disciplined search, not a result. We don’t guarantee a hire, a set number of candidates, or that a professional accepts your offer. If we can’t find someone who meets the scorecard, we tell you and share what we learned.
Can I get a refund?
Once you have paid, the fee is not refunded in part or in full, including before your intake call. If we cannot start your search, or you were charged by mistake, we refund the payment in full. Details are in our Refund Policy.
What if I hire someone you introduced?
You hire and pay the professional directly. If you hire or engage a professional we introduced within 12 months of the introduction, a one-time conversion fee of 20% of their first-year compensation applies (see section 2.7 of our Terms).
What happens when the 90 days end?
Your client portal stays available read-only: your role, our updates and the profiles we presented. To keep searching, start a new membership.
